Why has my favorite skincare product or makeup color been discontinued?
General We're sorry if your favorite Paula's Choice product is being discontinued. The decision to discontinue a product or shade is never done impulsively and many different factors are taken into account, including consumer preferences and purchasing patterns. In our efforts to continually improve the line and respond to customer feedback, you will see that new colors and formulas, some of which may be variations on your favorites, are introduced on an ongoing basis. For that reason certain makeup products (such as eyeshadow, blush and lipstick) are no longer available.
