I wish it would work
Review by Nicole

I bought this a while ago, but it didn't work very well on my combination skin, it irritated me and I didn't feel enough moisturization. I stopped using it and then tried again after a month or so, but the results were the same. I wish it had worked, really, beacause I know that all PC products are so well formulated and I have products that work well on my skin, but not this one :(. Sadly, I have to give it only 1 star.Product Rating

Silky, absorbant formula
Review by Bumbalina

This product has worked very well for me. It has a lovely silky texture that spreads really evenly across your face when you apply it. It absorbs very well without leaving any sticky or greasy residue. My skin feels quenched after using it. I found that it worked remarkably well during the winter months as well. Like all of the products I have found a little goes a long way with my 60ml lasting me for 4 months. Given the results you get I think these products really are excellent value for money. I was paying £100 every 2 months for a moisturiser that reduced my breakouts. This is much better and costs much less. (Posted on 25/02/2012)Product Rating -
Well worth the ££

This is a brilliant lightweight moisturiser that I would reccommend to anyone who suffers from outbreaks of spots like me! Doesnt clog your pores and is great under makeup. Mine has lasted me nearly 6months as you only need a small amount - well worth the money in my opinion! (Posted on 30/05/2011)Product Rating -

Tried both this one and the hydralight, but much prefer the gel. Feels great, no break outs (and no smell!). Will go back to this lovely moisturizer as soon as the hydralight is finished. (Posted on 14/02/2011)Product Rating -

The first time I sampled this I knew it was going to be a future purchase. It is perfect for combination/oily skins and is the best base for make up that anyone could wish for. I have tried so many primers that feel greasy and slick but this leaves your skin soft, silky and a natural matte. A 2 in 1 product; lightweight hydration and make up primer with skin loving ingredients. Love it. (Posted on 26/11/2010)Product Rating -
Smooth and light on skin

I love the light, smooth feeling of the gel. I can feel my skin relaxing almost instantly. This is one of the nicest facial products I have ever used. No fatty skin, no pulling due to not moisturising enough, just perfect for combination skin so definitely 5 stars in my book. (Posted on 12/10/2010)Product Rating -

Great product

Not greasy, moisturises well and makes my skin feel great - I tried the hydralight paula's choice aswell to see how they compared but to me that one felt too thin and didn't sit as well on the skin. I'm sticking with this now, I've tried many moisturizers over the years and have not found anything better. (Posted on 24/06/2010)Product Rating -

Ideal for oily skin

My skin is sensitive and combination. I use the Skin Balancing Moisture Gel at night and it soothes, reduces redness and is not greasy at all. I think this is a must try for people with my skin type. (Posted on 18/11/2009)Product Rating -
Makes My eyes sting.
Review by jane

Great moisturizer except it stings the eyes for a few minutes, even when I avoid the eye area. It must be caused by an ingredient that evaporates from the surface as the stinging stops when the gel has dried. A shame!! (Posted on 17/06/2009)Product Rating
At night, apply a thin layer (about a nickel-sized amount) of Skin Balancing Moisture Gel after cleansing, toning or exfoliating. Also works beautifully around the eyes. For particularly dry areas, this can be worn under a more emollient moisturizer. For daytime, if needed, wear under an SPF 15 product.
