    Julie - Rosacea
It isnt bad but it isnt good either. I have rosacea, sensitive, combination skin. It has no smell and isnt irritating at all, but it didnt do anything the inflamation and the oiliness.
Simon - Not so calming not so hydrating
Very so so. Gentle and slightly calming. But I have felt missing out entire time I was using this.
    Olga - IT WORKS!
Although i'm a fan of all of the PC Serums, i must admit this is my favorite! Not only is loaded with plenty of Antioxidants, the Calm Serum actually works and does what it's suppose to do!! I have sensitive-reactive combination skin, with occassional redness and breakouts. Especially that redness...OMG! Everytime i'm stressed with work or i'm emotional, i get red patches in many parts of my skin. I was really looking forward to finding something that worked and would be able to keep that reactive-alergic redness in control.

And THIS IS IT! After almost a month of using it every night and every time after shower (because especially then, my skin's redness throws a party!) my skin is more calm than i have ever imagined! Redness and sensitivity are under control!! Everytime i have one of those red patches, i immediately put the Calm Serum topically and...pouff! IT'S GONE!

If you struggle with all i described above, you should REALLY TRY THIS! Highly recommended for sensitive skin! Thank you Paula <3
Mathilde - Life saver for irritated skin!
I ordered a couple of samples of this product, and I need to buy the full size product with my next order. It calms down my skin when it is irritated and red. If I f.ex. used a new face mask which (unfortunately) has irritated my skin, I use this serum to calm it down again, and it works! Now I tend to this serum everytime my skin reacts to something. Great product! I definitely recommend this.
    ispyck - no improvement
It did not really do much for me, sadly enough. It was hydrating, but less so than the CALM SOOTHING GEL TONER. I saw no change when using it, and prefer the RESIST ANTI-AGING ANTIOXIDANT serum, which has improved my skin significantly.

Rose - One of the favourites
This serum has become my favourite on the days I don't use Paula's retinol serum (about every third day). I love the package! Two pumps of this is a good amount. It is light and can be used alone or mixed with anything - an oil or a moisturizer. This would work good under make up also. I think this calms reddened skin. Why there is no package like this for Resist hyaluronic serum? That is a good serum also but the fluid leaks easily.
Alina - ok serum, excellent packaging
I'm 29 with combination skin type, it has became normal, since I switched to PC skincare 4 months ago! I have no rosacea problems, only some hormonal redness around the nose and cheeks.

I prefer RESIST ANTI-AGING SUPER ANTIOXIDANT SERUM for my skin type, I do grab for this one, when my skin becomes irritated. I don't see any immediate improvement, but it feels nice.
John - One of the best products from PC
I love this product! It does without a doubt reduce redness! I saw imrpovement just 15 minutes after applying this and you only need a little bit! If you use too much your face wll become sticky though!

Easy to use and does what it claims! Wonderful product! Thank you Paula!
Erja - My skin got worse
Got the sample today and tried it. After about an hour my face had red eczema areas, mostly on my cheeks. And little pimples too. Had to was it off. Not suitable for my sensitive skin.
Vera - Lovely serum for sensitive skin
I use this serum after the Calm exfoliant and they have made my skin so much more calm and clear. My skin is sensitive, normal to combination and rosacea-and acne prone. This serum is extremely lightweight and non irritating. It is calming but not very hydrating so a moisturizer afterwards is recommended (as always after a serum). I really recomend it to anyone with sensitive skin.
Astrid - Zero hydration and burning feeling
I was soooo excited about trying this product since I´ve always had trouble keeping my skin calm and cool during the day. Unfortunately my skin is even worse now after trying this for about 1,5 week, along with the calm exfoliating lotion. I have tried using them separately to establish which one of them is most bad for my skin but I have found that I can´t tolerate either one of them. After applying the calm serum to my skin almost instantly my skin feels super tight and dry and my skin burns and sting. The serum adds zero hydration, it rather feels as if it sucks all moisture away from the skin, which of course leaves a really bad and uncomfortable feeling. I really wanted to give it a fair try but I have to give up now after these days since my skin feels so bad. The hunt goes one for that perfect ant-redness product.

How does this serum differ from your other serums? Who is it best for?

Calm Serum is specifically designed for those struggling with persistent redness and/or extra-sensitive skin. Its combination of soothing and repairing ingredients plus gentle inflammation-reducing plant extracts makes it perfect for reducing facial redness whilst fighting the signs of ageing. The formula is suitable for all skin types, including those prone to breakouts or people with rosacea-prone skin. Texture-wise, Calm Serum is our lightest serum. It is slightly lighter than Resist Ultra-Light Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum.

How long will it take to see results on my redness?

It can depend on the source of your redness along with your overall skincare routine, but most people will see redness relief within a few hours of applying, or, if used before bed, the next morning. Ongoing use of Calm Serum will reinforce and continue to improve these initial results, especially if your entire skincare routine is gentle, fragrance-free, and you’re applying sunscreen every day. Sun (UV light) exposure is a major contributing factor to persistent inflammation in skin and redness is a key indicator of that inflammatory process.

What kind of redness will Calm Serum work on?

Calm Serum will reduce redness from any source of skin inflammation or irritation, including breakouts, rosacea-prone skin, redness due to irritation, sunburn, dry skin and allergic reactions. Unfortunately, Calm Serum does not eliminate broken capillaries (visible as thread-like spider web veins on the skin’s surface).
