I just placed an order and forgot to add one or more articles/products. Can these be added to my order?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to make changes after placing an order. We advise you to place a new order.

I would like to order a certain product, but it is not in stock. Can this product be added to my order?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. In the Weekly Product Update you can see which products are out of stock or discontinued.

Do customer promotions on the website also apply to partners?

Customer promotions do not apply to partners, but we try to offer promotions that are comparable and can be used by partners when possible. The promotions for partners can be found on the website. We will also keep you informed by e-mail.

How can I be kept informed about new Paula's Choice products?

You will receive information about our new products via our special partner newsletter. You can also find information about our latest products on the website under the heading: New Products. If you need more information, please contact your contact person.

I do not receive newsletters from you anymore, how is this possible?

You are registered with us as a partner and therefore will receive our special partner newsletter. This newsletter contains information other than what we send to our customers. If you’d also like to sign up for our customer newsletter, then please use a different email address than the one you are using for your business newsletter. This will prevent you from being inadvertently unsubscribed from our partner mailings. Have you already signed up for our customer newsletter with your business e-mail address? Then please contact us directly to update your account accordingly. It is also possible that our mailings ended up in your spam folder.

Does Paula's Choice have promotional material available?

All materials such as folders and bags can be found in the Extras.

Does someone from Paula's Choice regularly visit my salon / practice?

Paula`s Choice Europe has a small team that deals with partners. Therefore, it’s almost impossible for us to visit regulary even though we would like to. Of course you are always welcome to contact us for questions and / or ideas at any time. Nonetheless, we would like to come along at least once when possible. We do offer regular training options and we occasionally organize partner days, which you will be informed about by e-mail.
